Cancellation Policy
Primary Services:
-When you book you will be asked to place a card on file to secure your appt. (You will not be charged)
-If a change is necessary I require a minimum of 24hours notification.
-If the change happens under 24hrs a cancellation fee of half the service will be charged.
-If the client cancels the day of or is a no show on the service then 100% of the service will be charged.
Extension Services:
-All previous guidelines apply except the following
-Extension appt changes require a 48hr notification. (Extensions require a larger portion of a work day and it is not possible to recoup the time in 24hrs)
-If the change happens under 48hrs a cancellation fee of half the service will be charged.
-If the client is a no show on the service then 100% of the service will be charged.
